Every Inrotech solution is operated with intelligent software systems. Both SensLogic and WeldLogic are developed by Inrotech’s experienced in-house team. It ensures the most reliable, advanced, and intelligent use of INROTECH machinery.
There is no need for CAD drawing transfers. No need of any kind of programming, teach-in routines, choosing of macros from pictures or scan or any other skilled or semi-skilled functions. During the welding process the robots automatically cuts the wire, cleans the welding torch and deslags the groove to ensure a perfect weld.

SENSLOGIC TECHNOLOGY
The main advantage of SensLogic compared to other systems, which partly or fully are based on off-line programming, is that the operation runs fully automatically: No programming, No transfer of CAD-drawings, No back-end engineers required, simple green/red button simplicity, green for start, red for stop.
It is not necessary to place the robots or the workpiece in accurate positions, as the robot figures this out independently. Once the set-up is prepared, the operator more or less just has to push the green “Start” button.

WELDLOGIC TECHNOLOGY
WeldLogic offers the feature of welding multipass welding automatically, taking tolerances of the weldgroove into consideration and automatically compensating for variations. Based on a scanning of the weldgroove, the system automatically plans the full welding process: number of passes, location of each pass and the appropriate welding parameters, given the allowed heat-input window, the groove geometry and the welding position.

Once the welding robot is properly positioned and the job setup is primed, the operator simply starts the welding sequence. Occasionally, the operator may also need to specify a direction and possibly the quantity of jobs to be executed consecutively. Inrotech’s automated solutions identifies designs, sizes, and dimensions autonomously, seamlessly commencing welding operations without additional manual intervention.
